  2. Have a valid UTORid or JOINid (JOINid is found on your offer of admission letter); AND
  3. Have reviewed and signed off on the Accessibility Services ‘Notification of How your Information will be Used’ form

If you have not been registered with Accessibility Services within the last academic year, and are returning to studies, you should contact our office to find out about re-activating your registration.
